What is Sermorelin?

Sermorelin (GRF 1-29 NH2) is a synthetic peptide that corresponds to the first 29 of the 44 amino acids of growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). This shortest fully active fragment binds the same pituitary receptor as natural GHRH.

Sermorelin was one of the first GHRH analogues developed and was once approved as a diagnostic agent in some countries. Pepspan supplies it as a lyophilised powder with 10 mg per vial for research.
