What is KLOW Blend?

The KLOW Blend combines GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV – 80 mg of peptide in a single lyophilised vial. The name is formed from the initials of its components and is used across the research market for this four-peptide stack.

GHK-Cu is a copper-binding tripeptide, BPC-157 and TB-500 are the two classic recovery peptides, and KPV is the C-terminal tripeptide (Lys-Pro-Val) of alpha-MSH. The BPC-157, TB-500 and GHK-Cu components have published Janoshik reports; the KPV analysis is scheduled.

KLOW Blend in research

Each component has its own research profile: GHK-Cu in collagen and wound models, BPC-157 in angiogenesis, TB-500 in actin-dependent cell migration and KPV in inflammation models of the gut and skin. The blend lets researchers study them together in one preparation.

In the laboratory it is reconstituted with bacteriostatic water: let the water run slowly down the inside of the vial and swirl gently until the powder has dissolved – do not shake. Store unopened vials at −20 °C, dry and protected from light. After reconstitution, keep the solution at 2–8 °C and use it within about 30 days; avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
