Do you ship outside the EU?

No. Wholesale shipments are EU intra-Schengen only. We do not currently fulfil B2B orders to non-EU destinations.

Can I see Janoshik COAs before ordering?

Yes. We send sample COAs from prior batches upon signed NDA so you can review the analytical reports before committing to a purchase order.

What payment methods do you accept for B2B?

SEPA bank transfer (preferred), crypto (BTC / USDT), and international wire. We do not accept card payments for wholesale orders.

Can I private label?

Yes. Private labelling is available from an annual commitment of EUR 20,000. We can apply your brand to our vials, packaging, and inserts.

What is the lead time on a first order?

5 to 10 business days from cleared payment or signed PO, depending on SKU mix and inventory at the time of order.
